What I look for

Licensed for 2+ years
$5M+ in annual sales volume
An active, professional social media presence
Referral experience is a plus

How it works

You apply through my agent intake form.
If it's a fit, our brokerages sign a broker-to-broker referral agreement before any lead is sent.
Referral fees are paid broker to broker at closing, per the signed agreement.
